Open a pull request. The verifier runs your tasks with and without the skill, then posts the score.

Write the skill
SKILL.md with only a name and description, and a meta.toml listing the packages it replaces.

Add two or more tasks

A prompt, a fixture and a bun test check that only passes when the agent does it the Bun way.
